Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PortBrief, a service operated by Abra Innovations V.B.A. that delivers cruise ship schedule and crowd information over WhatsApp and email. By subscribing to or using PortBrief, you agree to these terms.

PortBrief provides cruise ship arrival schedules, estimated crowd levels, and related information for Aruba, delivered via WhatsApp messages and a Port Concierge that answers questions in plain language. Information is provided for planning purposes and is based on publicly available and third-party port schedule data, which can change without notice.

We do our best to keep information accurate and timely, but we do not guarantee that arrival times, passenger counts, or crowd estimates will be exact. Ships can be delayed, rerouted, or cancelled for reasons outside our control.

PortBrief offers a Zen Pass for tourists (7 or 14 days), a Resident Pass (monthly), and a Business Pass (monthly), each valid for a fixed period from the date of purchase. Passes do not automatically renew. Send "renew" on WhatsApp before your pass expires to extend it, any remaining time is added on top rather than lost.

Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, CXPay, and charged in USD. All sales are final; if you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we'll review it.

You agree not to use PortBrief to send spam, abuse the Port Concierge, attempt to access other users' data, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms.

PortBrief is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abra Innovations V.B.A. is not liable for any losses or damages arising from reliance on information provided through the service, including missed plans, travel costs, or business decisions made based on our alerts.

We may update these terms or change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Continued use of PortBrief after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
